Shipping policy

Hoy Swim welcomes your interest in our products. Please read this policy so we can make sure that all expectations are met.

When checking out, our system will notify you of the estimated time of delivery. Those times are issued by the delivery companies. Still please consider that there are events that might take place that are out of our hands, and sometimes out of the delivery companies hands. Please always bear in mind that shipping times are an estimate.

In addition to shipping times, there is additional time required for us to pack your order and  ship it from our warehouse, that is estimated up to 2 working days.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you on the checkout page.

We do not cover the coast of duties and taxes. Please note, that, depending on your country/region, you might be required to pay duties and taxes when your order arrives.
